Because of the care and detail in our service to each family and our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients we can only accept a limited number of appointments per month. For your session we block out our studio for 2 hours solely dedicated to serve your family and give them a most amazing experience.
We bring in our staff specifically for you on the day of your session so our session fees are in place to assure that we are booking serious and committed clients, most especially for our Santa Experience we have Santa reserved for your family for the experience. Therefore there will be an additional fee for no-shows. If you are a client who books with a gift certificate, the session fee is fully refundable on the day of your session (as long as you show for your appointment).
The booking fee is not refundable for permanently cancelled appointments.
Reschedules can be made as long as it is requested at least 14 days prior to the session. Reschedules that are made within 14 days of the session will result in loss of the booking fee, however that fee may be used as a credit towards an order.
No refunds will be given for canceled or no-show sessions.
No-Shows are billed a no-show fee of $75 to the card on file used to create the booking. Please let us know if you will not be attending your session to avoid the no-show fee.
All portrait selections are made right after your session experience. If there are additional people who may need to be present for the selection process, please invite them for the entire experience. We have the capability to showcase artwork on our proofing walls in different sizes for up to 5 people. Please come prepared with sizing dimensions for your walls. Part of our art direction will include providing suggestions for multi-portrait selection. We require an additional fee for additional proof viewings.
