Come Experience the magic of the Enchanted Fairy Garden!

Welcome to the premiere Enchanted Garden Fairy Portrait Experience in the NW Indiana area, exclusively brought to you by award-winning Pingoy Portrait Studio. Our luxury portrait studio, located in the heart of Saint John, has allowed us to create more than just pictures but family heirlooms for hundreds of families in the NW Indiana area and beyond.

We not only specialize in luxurious family and children artwork but our interactive, personalized Enchanted Fairy Garden Experience is truly something magical. We are not your average studio pictures. From the excitement of the magical ambiance, sweet surprises, and fine artistry, children and parents alike walk away with memories that will last a lifetime. The recommended age for a visit begins at six months or when your child can sit alone unassisted but we welcome family groups of all ages.

All siblings of immediate family are included for free in your one portrait session fee, up to 3 children.  There is an additional child fee of $100/child for 4 or more children.

If you would like a more individualized shoot for each you may also purchase separate sessions for each.

How to Prepare

Please book far in advance.  Plan to arrive 10 minutes early dressed with hair done and ready for your session in our Enchanted Garden set and come prepared to view and order any add-on items the same day. The only time you’ll be seeing your images is immediately following your session with the guidance of our design team.

What to Wear

Your child may wear their own gown from home if you have one already or if you prefer to buy a new one we have a list of affordable suggestions on where to buy gowns.  Otherwise, our studio provides gowns for most children’s sizes up to size 12.  We also include a wide array of floral crowns of many sizes and colors.  If you provide your own gown, we will have to approve it just to ensure the colors and style fit cohesively with the backdrop theme/artistry of our set :).  Children are to be barefoot for the shoot so no special shoes are needed.

Artwork

Hand crafted artwork is purchased separately — most families spend between $500 and $2500 if they want signature items created for them.  Most usually find that they just cannot leave without a gorgeous storybook album which includes 8-10 different poses of their child(ren) with magical fine artistry applied.  Due to the custom nature of this experience, your session fee is non-refundable.

At your private session, your children will get to experience the magic of the Enchanted Fairy Garden and then you will have an adults only viewing session immediately following, where you will place your memorable keepsake order.

What’s included in the session fee?

– a private and personalized session in our magical Enchanted Fairy Garden
– access to our wardrobe of fairy princess gowns and handmade floral crowns
– At least 8-10 different poses/interactions with props (this is what makes your Storybook Album so awesome!)
–  Cute little Fairy dust bottle for your child to take home
– 10″ Limited Edition Children’s Portrait (valued at $500) or $550 portrait credit towards your choice
– childcare while adults enter the theater room to view and order pictures and products

Prints, Wall Art, and our all-time most popular product, the Storybook Album, are available for purchase at your ordering session which takes place immediately after your portrait session. Your children will be able to watch kids movies in our waiting room (water and snacks are provided) fully supervised while you make your selections.  We can’t wait to see you!

How many can be included in the portrait?:

Up to 3 are included for free.  There is an additional child fee of $100/child for 4 or more children.  Immediate family only.  For cousins we suggest booking two sessions back to back to accommodate for each family.  If a sibling does not fall within the age range of 3-12 years old then they could still be included for a group shot but the focus will be more for the participants that do fall within 3-12 years old.

Do you sell a disk of images?:

We do not sell disks.  However if you go through our Create Your Own Collection, all of your digital images are given as a gift and are sent to you via download link completely complimentary.

Where are you located?:

We are located at 9321 Wicker Avenue, Saint John, Indiana 46373 in the same building as AVGO Restaurant.  Our studio is located on the 2nd floor to the left, next to the women’s bathroom.  Once you arrive to the parking lot please text us at 219-258-4747 to let us know and we will inform you once to come upstairs :).

What is the turn-around time for art pieces?:

Due to the custom nature of our printed artwork, production and shipment will take roughly 6-8 weeks.

What is your late/cancel/reschedule policy?:

Our sessions are booked back to back all day long with full schedules.  Because of this you must be on time for your appointment or risk forfeiting it.  Any reschedule must be done at least 15 days prior to your appointment if there is an available date available, otherwise if it is less than 15 days a $75 rescheduling fee will be charged.  The session is 100% non-refundable.  If you need to cancel your session for any reason you forfeit your session retainer.

How long will we be at your studio?:

We have allotted 1.5 hours for your family.  We do not plan to get backed up but it can happen if a previous session is late or takes too long in the ordering room, etc.  This is why we cannot guarantee an appointment if you are late and why we ask that you come prepared to place your order.
